Carbone’s Restaurant has been a Hopkinton staple since 1933 and has been in the Carbone family for 90 years, founded by Ana and Cesare Carboni when they emigrated from Italy. We strive to maintain the integrity and family atmosphere that has helped it endure the past 90 years. Our menu features Italian-American classics based on old family recipes, as well as American fare.
